Q: Do I need a medical for OPITO training?
A: It is recommended but not mandatory as delegates are required to undergo medical screening prior to commencement of training.
Q: Do I need to be a swimmer to participate in OPITO training?
A: No.
Q: Is PPE required?
A:It is recommended that you bring your own as we may not have all sizes available.
Q: Is catering provided?
A: Yes. Mid-morning snack and lunch.
Q: Is medical support readily available?
A: Yes. Onsite medics and a fully stocked ambulance are present during training.
Q: What time does training start?
A: Registration starts at 8:00 am and classes start at 8:30am.
Q: Do you train on weekends?
A: No. However, requests may be facilitated based on group size.
Q: Am I insured while training?
A: Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Direct deposit, Debit Card, Credit Card & Certified Bank Draft.
Q: When do I receive my certificate?
A: Upon successful completion of training.
Q: What documents are required for registration?
A: One form of valid National Photo ID.
Q: How do I find out the cost of training programmes?
A: Contact the office via e-mail or phone and request quotation.
