HHSL Safety Systems (Guyana) Inc. was incorporated in 2019 and established it’s office and multi-purpose facility at GSEC Compound, Liliendaal in December 2021.  With the burgeoning Oil and Gas producer that is Guyana today, we saw the need to offer relevant, internationally recognised Safety Training and Third-Party Inspection Services in support of the many activities involved in driving this behemoth.  Our Company is passionate about the development and maintenance of a competent work force ensuring safe work practices, high quality Inspection Services and the promotion of a positive safety culture locally, regionally and internationally.  In keeping with HHSL’s thrust to assist in the transformation of the skills and knowledge of the Guyanese people, we are committed to promoting local content development in our quest to support Guyana to become second to none in the Oil and Gas Industry.  Managing Director of HHSL Safety Systems (Guyana) Inc. and Retired Helicopter Pilot, Captain Herman Anthony Vieira is a son of the soil. Captain Vieira established HHSL Safety Systems Limited in Trinidad well over twenty (20) years ago.  HHSL Trinidad commenced operations with the provision of Offshore Safety Training and Services. The business has diversified significantly over the years to include the provision of Third Party Inspection Services, HSE Advisor Services, Fire & Emergency Rescue Services and Equipment Sales and Rentals.  HHSL Safety Systems (Guyana) Inc. hit the deck running in December 2021 and has performed Third Party Inspection Services and Training for several companies including John Fernandes Limited (JFL) , ARONCO, Massy Distribution, CWSG and Banks DIH.  HHSL Safety Systems (Guyana) Inc. is registered on the CLBD Portal, is a member of the Guyana Oil and Gas Energy Chamber (GOGEC), is a locally owned and operated company and is awaiting registration confirmation on the LC Portal.
